I would suggest you change the wellness formula. Why? Well it works for now, but when the wars start, u can't fight more than once (unless you want that so)
According to wiki fighting costs you 10 well, lets say you start the day with 100 well, you do your normal routine (work&train) and you have at most 98 wellness. You are an rich player and have q5 house and food. Now you bought a nice weapon and wanna fight:
1 fight: 88 wellness; wellness increase=(1,5-0,88)*(5+5)*2=12.4; next day=100
2 fight: 78 wellness; wellness increase=(1,5-0,78)*(5+5)*2=14.4; next day=92

And that's all best case scenario, because there would need to be players who work in q5 companies. They couldn't even fight once (if they wanna be at 100 well each day)
Maybe something like this will work: if the wellness is below 50 and you have food at day change, you get 40 well for free, or below 40 you get 50 well for free. That could work and it did really good in erepublik. If you want something new: change the final multiplier "2" or starting multiplier "1.5" and/or divisor 100. I did some experimenting and got this:
wellness increase=(4-(wellness/30))*(qhouse+qfood)*2,3
The problem with this formula is that high q food and house will be really valuable, more than high q weapon. This is just a suggestion.
edit: after thinking thru, we don't really have an weapon formula so the problem could be fixed with that, and also without the free wellness it would "remove" training wars, well not really remove them but make them less likely xD
