Re: to much bugs
Tested on three browsers. Will have to wait to work and train tonight in FF and IE.
System: Acer Aspire One, Window XP Home, SP3 up to date.
Browser #1 Chrome v 12.0 up to date.
Browser #2 FF v 5.0 up to date.
Browser #3 IE v 8.0 up to date.
vPop appears to run correctly on all three browsers and has a similar if not exact appearance on all. All buttons that could be accessed were available and functioned correctly. I will attempt to work and train on FF & IE tonight and report findings back here.
Suggestions:
1) Check updates on browser. If not automatically updated, an older browser may not function correctly with a program like vPop that is written for the current version of that browser.
2) Clear browser cache, close and restart browser. Sometimes this will do wonders for problems like this.
3) Check to be sure Java and Flash are current versions/auto updated. This can be a little harder to do, so post back here if you need help.
If this doesn't correct the problem, I suggest that Admins be contacted directly. You will need to tell them what machine you are using, include the following: CPU type/model #; Clock speed (and is it overclocked); Memory available (and is it overclocked) and be sure it's working; Operating system (i.e. Win 7 Home, 32 bit); Browser, version # of browser and any add-ons. Be sure to mention that you have checked the above items. That should get them started.

Re: to much bugs
it really should be just your cache.
clear your cache and cookies close the browser, re-open it and log in should be fixed
