Question about "More you play, more you will be revarded"

In some Chat, i heard this sentence " More you play, more you will be revarded after reset" (forgot who mention it. i have bad memory for names).

So is this true?
If it is true, what are entites of "playing"? (work and military skill, or something else also?)
What will be revards? I hope not any skills.

I said that. I heard that 10% of your strength and skill will be transferred to your account in beta, so you will have 10% of your current skills in beta, while everyone else that's new starts from 0. Its not confirmed so don't take my word for it )

well it helps to have more players in preBeta, so game can be tested more, but generaly sucks. If there shodul eb revards, then no skills should be included!
