If we are going with the original v1 houses. Houses will last forever, the only difference between a q1 house and a q4 house would be the wellness it gives. The wellness you gain from a gift varies depending on the quality.
[q1] = 1 health
[q5] = 5 health
You can only heal 10 wellness with gifts (I think, needs to be confirmed)

You can use 10 gifts a day, it doesn't matter what quality they are.
